  • Tuesday: 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
  • Wednesday: 6am, 12 noon. 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
  • Thursday: 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
  • Friday: 6am, 12 noon, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
  • Saturday: 9am (open gym), 10am

*All classes are 60 min sessions
