Our group sessions offer the same benefits as one-on-one coaching but with an added group dynamic. Our coaching staff has implemented and maintained this all-important factor because it is so effective in generating high intensity. You will still meet your goals and master functional movements, but the group dynamic allows you to push yourself to the next level and consistently make progress. Group classes provide a unique level of accountability, which also becomes the foundation of a connected and supportive community.
*All of our monthly memberships vary according to the number of times our clients attend class each week.
- 2x’s per week = $100
- 3x’s per week = $110
- Unlimited =$120
- Couples Unlimited = $160
*Memberships include personalized programming, skill clinics, monthly nutrition check-ins, quarterly progress checks, and guest passes.
*If you decide to cancel your membership, it must be done 5 days prior to the 15th of each month. There are no exceptions or refunds.
