Choose a work load.
Lift the weight as fast as possible using one rep of the following
-Squat
-Push Press
-Deadlift
You can use any weight on the lifts and it can be done in any amount of rounds. You can only do 1 rep at a time and must cycle through all three lifts to complete one round.
EXAMPLE
15 Rounds
1 Squat@235 lbs (15 reps=3525 lbs)
1 Push Press@170 lbs (15reps= 2550 lbs)
1 Deadlift@265 lbs (15 reps= 3975 lbs)
